People v. R.O. September 2019
The defendant attended classes at a local Chicago community college where he was accused by members of his class of making threats to kill fellow class mates. Mr. Venditti was hired by the defendant and the matter was set for trial immediately. At trial, Mr. Venditti was able to show that no credible threats were actually made by his client and obtained a NOT GUILTY finding without even having to present any evidence on the behalf of the defendant.
