People v. K. M. (August 2019) Driving Under the Influence (DUI)
The defendant was found unconscious, behind the wheel of her running car, on the side of the highway and was charged with driving under the influence. The defendant hires Mr. Venditti to defend her and the case is immediately set for trial. At trial Mr. Venditti is able to show the judge that not only there is inconsistencies between the dash camera recording and the testimony of the State Trooper but that the evidence presented was not enough to convict the defendant of a DUI. The result is a NOT GUILTY!
