Attorney Joseph Venditti III graduated from DePaul University in 2009 with a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Pre-Law. In 2012, he graduated from Southern Illinois University School of Law where he was the author of four published papers. Mr. Venditti returned to Chicago and interned for the Cook County State’s Attorneys Office, where he obtained valuable experience by prosecuting numerous criminal matters.
After his time working for the Cook County State’s Attorneys Office, Mr. Venditti was recruited to work for the Acosta Law Group. During his time at Acosta Law Group, Mr. Venditti was able to finely tune his court room skills and began to distinguish himself as a true trial attorney with an impressive amount of trial wins. In 2017, Mr. Venditti ‘s skills were further highlighted when he was appointed by the Circuit Court of Cook County to represent a defendant in Cook County’s first ever Racketeering Influenced and Corrupting Organization (RICO) case.
As a result of Mr. Venditti’s litigating skills, he has excelled at defending clients who are charged with complex felony and misdemeanor matters as well as simple traffic matters.
In 2018, after practicing for nearly a decade and developing impressive litigation skills, Mr. Venditti opened his own practice, the Venditti Law Group. The Venditti Law Group was established to give all its clients passionate, experienced, and diligent court representation.
